What kind of fitness do I need?
 Comfortable riding for a few hours at a steady pace. If you’re unsure, tell me what your usual rides look like — I’ll be honest and adapt the day.

 

What bikes are suitable?
 MTB or gravel bikes are ideal. Ebikes are welcome. Tyres suited to mixed terrain (fire track & singletrack) recommended.

 

Do rides go ahead in bad weather?
 Scottish weather is part of the adventure. We adapt routes to conditions and keep things safe and enjoyable. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we’ll adjust plans.

 

What should I bring?
 Your bike in good working order, helmet, appropriate clothing for the forecast, water, and a small snack. I’ll bring the picnic for the end.

 

Is food included?
 The picnic is included, while the café or pub stop is pay your own. 

 

Group size? 
From 1:1 up to 6 riders to keep the experience relaxed and social.
